* Explanation of the success rate: Average from 2014 – 2023 of 75.15%. This is calculated from the ratio (% rate) of cases with monetary returns in relation to newly processed cases per year. Minimum value in 2014: 50%, maximum value in 2018: 86.6%.. The reported % rate refers to the number of cases resolved. It does not mean that we have also returned this amount of the individual claims. An average value would not give a fair reflection of the case-specific success in this respect. Upon request, we provide insight into the detailed statistics to qualified interested parties.

** Explanation of the minimum sums: For cost reasons, we can only accept claims in German-speaking countries from CHF / EUR 50,000. In the rest of Europe the minimum amount is CHF / EUR 100’000.–, outside Europe USD / EUR / CHF 300’000.–.
