Our Team
Our team currently consists of 7 permanent employees and around 20 freelancers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and other countries worldwide (as of August 2021). In addition, there are lawyers and specialists who advise us or are called in on a case-by-case basis.
Teamwork is more than a slogan for us, it is our programm! Lone warriors would not be able to cope with the diverse and sometimes complex challenges in debt collection. These include: Case analysis, taking legal aspects into account and, if necessary, obtaining expertise, research on the Internet and on site, observation, also with the help of technical means, developing clever negotiation and pressure scenarios, visiting debtors while observing security and evidence aspects, realising pressure scenarios, tracking debtors on the Internet, dealing with authorities, sometimes law enforcement agencies, defending against physical, criminal and other attacks, carrying out legal debt collection or coordinating with lawyers, finding final agreements with debtors, monitoring payments, reporting to you as the client, etc. etc. It is obvious that a combination of knowledge and skills in one team is absolutely necessary for this.
At the same time, you always have a contact person who is available to you as a case manager and communication partner.
